The Manual Pick and Place with feeders and fixing table creates a
compact and performing assembly system. Slide arm movement in
axis X and Y allows comfortable component selection from the
feeders and accurate placing on the table top. The accurate
movement of the placing head in Z axis means a perpendicular
movement and it results in a gentle component placing into the
solder paste. The button of placing head is used for rotating the
component around its own axis. Simple but high performance
lighting source is integrated in the placing head in order to light up
the working area under the head. There is a high performance
vacuum pump for the machine in which is built in an electronic
device to evaluate the suction on the basis of the head position by a
magnetic sensor. First push is for picking up the component,
second push is for the placing.

A 10 ml dispenser cartridge holder can be connected to the head.
So, the machine can be connected to your dispenser unit for
accurate dispensing of solder paste and glue. Furthermore, it is
optional to connect a camera to the head for accurate mounting of
0603 and 0402 chips as well as for positioning of fine pitch QFP and
image can be displayed on a LCD monitor.

The basic pick & place machine contains: manipulator with
moveable arm, power supply 230V/12V, vacuum pump, 3 magnetic
PCB holders, 2 vacuum cups, spare needle for vacuum pipette.
Separately ordered / Optional : Feeders with 10 channels for tapes,
Reel  holders, IC feeders for sticks, Dispenser cartridge holder,
Camera and LCD display.
